BluGem are now using an inhouse design team and 3D printer to enhance and expedite distribution of roaming locations.

We’ve always strived to innovate and improve our test solutions especially when it comes to supporting the growing demand for our Roaming test services. BluGem's design team utilise our 3D printer to create bespoke test unit cases to support our Roaming SIM Server and Crowd solutions.

We provide flexible Roaming test options to support both short Audits, to validate Roaming network changes such as new Tariff Rates for Roaming zones, or longer term testing to assure Partner Steering, 4G/5G services, Roaming Rates and Customer Experience journeys such as purchasing additional Data whilst Roaming abroad.

Recent Roaming deployments include Egypt, Ireland, IoM (Channel Islands), Nigeria, Japan and Romania, with further units coming soon in the Southeast Asia region.
